Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

Cyber Eagle Solutions (ABN 55 312 218 017) is committed to delivering 
high-quality cybersecurity services and digital products. This Refund 
Policy outlines the terms that apply to purchases made through 
cybereagle.com.au.

Our refund policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights 
under the Australian Consumer Law.


1. STRATEGY SESSION ($50)

- The $50 Strategy Session fee is non-refundable once a booking has 
  been confirmed.
- If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before 
  your scheduled session via the booking link provided in your 
  confirmation email.
- If Cyber Eagle Solutions cancels or is unable to deliver the session, 
  a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 
  5-7 business days.
- The $50 fee is credited toward any Cyber Eagle Solutions service 
  engagement commenced within 90 days of the session date.


2. CYBER RISK SCORECARD TOOLKIT (DIGITAL DOWNLOAD)

- Due to the nature of digital products, the Scorecard Toolkit is 
  non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
- If you experience a technical issue preventing download or access, 
  please contact us at support@cybereagle.com.au within 7 days of 
  purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.
- If the product is materially different from its description, you may 
  be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original 
  purchase date.


3. SECURITY QUESTIONNAIRE COMPLETION SERVICE

- Once work has commenced on your questionnaire, refunds are not 
  available.
- If you cancel before work commences, a full refund will be issued 
  to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If the completed questionnaire contains material errors attributable 
  to Cyber Eagle Solutions, we will correct them at no additional 
  charge.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original 
  purchase date.


4. CLOUD SECURITY ASSESSMENT

- A full refund is available if you cancel before assessment work 
  commences.
- Once the assessment has commenced, refunds are not available for 
  work already completed.
- Where an assessment is partially delivered due to circumstances 
  attributable to Cyber Eagle Solutions, a pro-rata refund will be 
  issued at our discretion.
- If the delivered assessment contains material errors attributable 
  to Cyber Eagle Solutions, we will rectify them at no additional 
  charge.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original 
  purchase date.


5. PROFESSIONAL PLAN ($5,000/MONTH) AND ENTERPRISE PLAN ($8,000+/MONTH)

- All monthly retainer engagements require a minimum commitment of 
  3 months.
- After the minimum commitment period, either party may cancel by 
  providing 30 days written notice to support@cybereagle.com.au.
- Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period has 
  commenced and work for that period has begun.
- Where Cyber Eagle Solutions is unable to deliver the agreed scope 
  of services in a given month due to circumstances within our 
  control, a pro-rata credit or refund will be applied to the 
  following month's invoice or returned to your original payment 
  method.
- Cancellation during the minimum commitment period without cause 
  will result in the remaining months of the minimum term becoming 
  immediately due and payable.


6. AI SECURITY ASSESSMENT AND OTHER SERVICE ENGAGEMENTS

- Service engagements are governed by the terms agreed at the time 
  of engagement (Statement of Work or service agreement).
- If no formal agreement is in place, refunds for service engagements 
  will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Where a service has not yet commenced, a full refund will be issued 
  upon request within 5-7 business days.
- Where a service is partially delivered, a pro-rata refund may be 
  offered at Cyber Eagle Solutions' discretion.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original 
  purchase date.


7. DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

We are committed to resolving any concerns quickly and fairly. Before 
initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card 
provider, we ask that you contact us first at support@cybereagle.com.au 
so we can work to resolve the matter directly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in 
suspension of your account and access to our services while the dispute 
is under review. We maintain detailed records of all service delivery, 
communications, and agreements, which will be provided to your financial 
institution in the event of a dispute.


8. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian 
Consumer Law. If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are 
entitled to a remedy. For major failures, you may choose a refund or 
replacement. For minor failures, we will provide a remedy within a 
reasonable time.


9. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

and a brief description of your request. We aim to respond within 
2 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to your original 
payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.
